Kay Prince, principal and co-founder, is a notable expert in the areas
of personal and career transformation and change mastery. Kay is
the creator of the Personal Succession Planning Program™,
a methodology refined over the past 20 years. She is an author,
has served on the executive team of two companies, has been
VP of an executive search firm, has been a coach and facilitator for
an international outplacement firm, and is a former career
columnist for a major newspaper. In Denver, Kay founded a fifteen
year executive coaching practice offering career, life and entrepreneurial coaching. She has
served on the Advisory Board of the University of Arizona Women’s Studies Department and
was named as one of Tucson’s 2008 Women on the Move. She holds a degree in Education
from McKendree College.
Jennifer Nealson, co-founder and strategic advisor, brings both corporate and
entrepreneurial experience to our clients. She has been guiding and growing entrepreneurial
enterprises since 1985. With a background in M&A, Jennifer has worked with start-up,
turnaround and prospering companies in virtually every industry. She was a VP with
Republic Financial, one of Colorado’s largest privately held companies, where she managed
the sales and marketing for the firm’s portfolio of 20 companies. In addition, Jennifer offers
a breadth of experience in corporate training and individual coaching. Jennifer graduated
from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Organizational Communications.
Jan Waukon, partner, is an entrepreneur and facilitator, personal/organizational
performance and leadership coach, speaker and trainer. She has worked extensively with
businesses, non-profit organizations, Indian Tribes, and governmental entities both
regionally and nationally. Jan served on the Tucson National Association of Women
Business Owners (NAWBO) Board of Directors for seven years and was Chapter President.
Jan was named Tucson "Service Based Women Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2007 and as
“Business Woman of the Year” in 2001.

A diversity of the advisors, strategists and executive coaches are involved
in each client’s Personal Succession Plan™ development and execution.
Each person on our twelve member team is a proven expert in his or her own
area at both the strategic and tactical levels and has been trained and certified
in the development and execution of the Personal Succession Planning
process. They offer impressive experience ranging from C-suite positions
and international business to management consulting and highly successful
entrepreneurial ventures. They enter the equation when the time is right.
If the client’s course changes, additional resources are deployed as needed.
Myron Galuskin is a retired senior executive offering 35 years of broad top tier leadership
experience. In his 20 year career at Dupont, he held positions including business unit
management, new business development and new ventures. In 1992, he joined the French
headquartered Rhone Poulenc to lead a multi-hundred million dollar environmentally
oriented US-based business unit. Myron was appointed President of the North American
region of Rhodia, a 6B Euro global company with $1.5B sales and 3000 employees. Myron
has mentored numerous colleagues who today are in senior leadership positions. He has a
Master’s of Engineering from the University of Delaware and Bachelor’s of Chemical
Engineering from CCNY in New York City.
Ian Massey offers impressive success as an international executive and outstanding mentor with a history
of capitalizing on opportunities that result in profitable growth, superior returns and increased shareholder value.
As EVP for Denver-based Republic Financial, he held executive responsibility for the Private Equity and
Aviation & Portfolio Groups. Previously, he was Divisional Finance Director for British Aerospace Regional
Aircraft business in London. He joinedAirbus Industries in 1991 as CFO and executive board member. For his
contributions to the field of aviation, Ian was awarded the distinguished “Officer of Order of the British Empire”
designation by the Queen of England. Ian is a board member for Vought Aircraft Industries Inc. and serves
on the board of Pinnacle Airlines as an independent director. He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering
from Loughborough University in England.
Reverend Donald Graves brings experience in coaching, mentoring, training and spiritual counseling
and developing and facilitating classes and seminars for over 20 years. Donald has held management and
training positions in various industries including high-tech manufacturing and bio-medical. He has presented
workshops at New Mexico State University, Utah and New Mexico Correctional Facilities, University of Utah
Social Work Department’s “Diversity Conference,” the Healthy Borders and Spirituality in theArizona Workplace
Conferences, and at secular conferences in the US and Russia. Donald co-developed PeaceMaking Strategies,
aconflictresolutionandpeacemakingeducationgroup. SincegraduationfromtheSchoolofMinistryinSanJose,
California, he has been Sr. Minister in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Salt Lake City, and currently in Tucson.
Sheryl Gurrentz offers over 20 years experience as a career and business strategist working with
executives and entrepreneurs. Her areas of focus are strategic planning and design and execution of business,
operations and marketing strategies. Sheryl began her career in the Organizational Consulting Division of
Laventhol & Horwath. She was a key member of an independent business consulting and executive
coaching practice in Denver for 15 years. She has extensive experience writing documentation for
presentation to private investors and banks and due diligence materials for financial institutions. In addition,
Sheryl has served as the COO for a start-up financial services company and a financial consulting firm. She
is the author of three books, has been a regular career columnist and has appeared on national network news
programs and in major TV markets. She earned a degree in Economics from Wharton School of Business of
the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Amy Kelsall brings experience with individual and organizational growth, change and management.
Her experience in human capital consulting, career marketing management, healthcare, private enterprise
and higher education is paired with skills in counseling, coaching, business training, program and business
development, marketing and education and program management. Amy is the Founder of PeopleWerks in
Denver and is also Academic Director of the Organizational and Professional Communication and Strategic
Human Resource Management Masters Degree programs at University College at the University of Denver.
She offers experience in aerospace, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, education, government
and law. Amy is a certified mediator, trained in Personal Profile Systems instruments, and a certified Enneagram
coach and trainer. Amy holds her Ph.D. in Human Communication Studies from the University of Denver and
an MA and BA from the University of Colorado.

Terry Hickey M.S., is a Certified NLP Professional Coach, Business Trainer, Speaker, and a Certified Master
Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is the originator of the Belief Breakthrough Method TM
specializing in rapidly resolving limiting beliefs. He conducts leadership and mentoring training to businesses
internationally. He also provides peak performance seminars and teaches the mental game to highly
competitive athletes from a wide variety of sports. Terry grew up as an American in a multi-cultural mining
community in Peru. He coaches high level entrepreneurs and executives, integrating his extensive clinical
training and hypnosis background, and his 20 years experience in Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help our
clients powerfully step into the future they want…now. Terry has taught graduate classes at the University of
Phoenix, Chapman University and Northern Arizona University.
Rachel Schaming is an organizational change leader, international coach and senior human resource executive
with 20 years in leading people, processes, systems and cultures in innovative change initiatives. As an
international coach, consultant, presenter and published author, Rachel has coached C-suite executives and
entrepreneurs. Her HR experience includes large law firms in New York City, San Francisco and Tucson
as well as at NASA as Director of Employment. She has held positions as Director of OD and Regional
Director of HR in high tech companies in Seattle, Portland and Tucson and with The Houston Medical Center as
Director of Employment. Currently she serves as the strategic human resources executive for anArizona-based
medical technology firm. As a Certified Coach, she leads seminars for coaches globally for Coach University.
Rachel earned a BA in Personnel Administration at University of Florida.

  • 5. “HOW DO I ENGAGE?” Kay Prince, principal and co-founder, is a notable expert in the areas of personal and career transformation and change mastery. Kay is the creator of the Personal Succession Planning Program™, a methodology refined over the past 20 years. She is an author, has served on the executive team of two companies, has been VP of an executive search firm, has been a coach and facilitator for an international outplacement firm, and is a former career columnist for a major newspaper. In Denver, Kay founded a fifteen year executive coaching practice offering career, life and entrepreneurial coaching. She has served on the Advisory Board of the University of Arizona Women’s Studies Department and was named as one of Tucson’s 2008 Women on the Move. She holds a degree in Education from McKendree College. Jennifer Nealson, co-founder and strategic advisor, brings both corporate and entrepreneurial experience to our clients. She has been guiding and growing entrepreneurial enterprises since 1985. With a background in M&A, Jennifer has worked with start-up, turnaround and prospering companies in virtually every industry. She was a VP with Republic Financial, one of Colorado’s largest privately held companies, where she managed the sales and marketing for the firm’s portfolio of 20 companies. In addition, Jennifer offers a breadth of experience in corporate training and individual coaching. Jennifer graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Organizational Communications. Jan Waukon, partner, is an entrepreneur and facilitator, personal/organizational performance and leadership coach, speaker and trainer. She has worked extensively with businesses, non-profit organizations, Indian Tribes, and governmental entities both regionally and nationally. Jan served on the Tucson National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Board of Directors for seven years and was Chapter President. Jan was named Tucson "Service Based Women Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2007 and as “Business Woman of the Year” in 2001. pagefold A diversity of the advisors, strategists and executive coaches are involved in each client’s Personal Succession Plan™ development and execution. Each person on our twelve member team is a proven expert in his or her own area at both the strategic and tactical levels and has been trained and certified in the development and execution of the Personal Succession Planning process. Myron Galuskin is a retired senior executive offering 35 years of broad top tier leadership experience. In his 20 year career at Dupont, he held positions including business unit management, new business development and new ventures. In 1992, he joined the French headquartered Rhone Poulenc to lead a multi-hundred million dollar environmentally oriented US-based business unit. Myron was appointed President of the North American region of Rhodia, a 6B Euro global company with $1.5B sales and 3000 employees. Myron has mentored numerous colleagues who today are in senior leadership positions. He has a Master’s of Engineering from the University of Delaware and Bachelor’s of Chemical Engineering from CCNY in New York City.

Ian Massey offers impressive success as an international executive and outstanding mentor with a history of capitalizing on opportunities that result in profitable growth, superior returns and increased shareholder value. As EVP for Denver-based Republic Financial, he held executive responsibility for the Private Equity and Aviation & Portfolio Groups. Previously, he was Divisional Finance Director for British Aerospace Regional Aircraft business in London. He joinedAirbus Industries in 1991 as CFO and executive board member. For his contributions to the field of aviation, Ian was awarded the distinguished “Officer of Order of the British Empire” designation by the Queen of England. Ian is a board member for Vought Aircraft Industries Inc. and serves on the board of Pinnacle Airlines as an independent director. He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University in England. Reverend Donald Graves brings experience in coaching, mentoring, training and spiritual counseling and developing and facilitating classes and seminars for over 20 years. Donald has held management and training positions in various industries including high-tech manufacturing and bio-medical. He has presented workshops at New Mexico State University, Utah and New Mexico Correctional Facilities, University of Utah Social Work Department’s “Diversity Conference,” the Healthy Borders and Spirituality in theArizona Workplace Conferences, and at secular conferences in the US and Russia. Donald co-developed PeaceMaking Strategies, aconflictresolutionandpeacemakingeducationgroup. SincegraduationfromtheSchoolofMinistryinSanJose, California, he has been Sr. Minister in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Salt Lake City, and currently in Tucson. Sheryl Gurrentz offers over 20 years experience as a career and business strategist working with executives and entrepreneurs. Her areas of focus are strategic planning and design and execution of business, operations and marketing strategies. Sheryl began her career in the Organizational Consulting Division of Laventhol & Horwath. She was a key member of an independent business consulting and executive coaching practice in Denver for 15 years. She has extensive experience writing documentation for presentation to private investors and banks and due diligence materials for financial institutions. In addition, Sheryl has served as the COO for a start-up financial services company and a financial consulting firm. She is the author of three books, has been a regular career columnist and has appeared on national network news programs and in major TV markets. She earned a degree in Economics from Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Amy Kelsall brings experience with individual and organizational growth, change and management. Her experience in human capital consulting, career marketing management, healthcare, private enterprise and higher education is paired with skills in counseling, coaching, business training, program and business development, marketing and education and program management. Amy is the Founder of PeopleWerks in Denver and is also Academic Director of the Organizational and Professional Communication and Strategic Human Resource Management Masters Degree programs at University College at the University of Denver. She offers experience in aerospace, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, education, government and law. Amy is a certified mediator, trained in Personal Profile Systems instruments, and a certified Enneagram coach and trainer. Amy holds her Ph.D. in Human Communication Studies from the University of Denver and an MA and BA from the University of Colorado. pagefold Terry Hickey M.S., is a Certified NLP Professional Coach, Business Trainer, Speaker, and a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is the originator of the Belief Breakthrough Method TM specializing in rapidly resolving limiting beliefs. He conducts leadership and mentoring training to businesses internationally. He also provides peak performance seminars and teaches the mental game to highly competitive athletes from a wide variety of sports. Terry grew up as an American in a multi-cultural mining community in Peru. He coaches high level entrepreneurs and executives, integrating his extensive clinical training and hypnosis background, and his 20 years experience in Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help our clients powerfully step into the future they want…now. Terry has taught graduate classes at the University of Phoenix, Chapman University and Northern Arizona University. Rachel Schaming is an organizational change leader, international coach and senior human resource executive with 20 years in leading people, processes, systems and cultures in innovative change initiatives. As an international coach, consultant, presenter and published author, Rachel has coached C-suite executives and entrepreneurs. Her HR experience includes large law firms in New York City, San Francisco and Tucson as well as at NASA as Director of Employment. She has held positions as Director of OD and Regional Director of HR in high tech companies in Seattle, Portland and Tucson and with The Houston Medical Center as Director of Employment. Currently she serves as the strategic human resources executive for anArizona-based medical technology firm. As a Certified Coach, she leads seminars for coaches globally for Coach University. Rachel earned a BA in Personnel Administration at University of Florida.
