EXPERIENCE
Cherokee Nation Entertainment Watts, Oklahoma 2005 - Present
Table Games Floor Lead
Starting out as a dealer I was tasked with one on one guest relations. 2007 I was promoted to Dual Rate
Floor where supervising became my mainstay. Still one on one guest service and implementing Pnp's
combined with guest service when making decisions. 2008, I was promoted to Floor Lead where my
responsibilities expanded to full time supervisory experience as well as managing table games floor
operations and scheduling including rotations and input into a variety of key daily management operations.
h Created new shift reports through excel with functional and aesthetic value.
h Quick problem-solving skills when confronted with conflict resolution scenarios.
h Conducted training classes for 2 years, responsible for the training of several new dealers on how to deal all
the various games and guest service.
h Completed LMS Training in Tahlequah.
h Joined a small panel of management at Catoosa to update Table Games Policy and Procedures.
h Completed several evaluations for upper management on employees and management.
h Attended more than a couple of workshops on Gaming Protection.
h Completed several classes on conflict resolution and writing skills along with writing labs on my own time.
Git N Go/ Kum N Go Locust Grove, Oklahoma 2002 - 2005
Assistant Manager/ Roving Manager
My beginning roles involved running a store and inventory tracking as well as inventory ordering. Handling
deposits, limited scheduling, and inside/outside maintenance of store and pumps. After several months I
had been offered a position due to my adeptness at paperwork and inventory to roving manager. This
basically meant that they would fire a store manager and give me per diem to relocate to another town,
take over the store, replace the employees and return the store to optimal working conditions. With the
mergence of Git N Go to Kum N Go my responsibilities stayed the same for awhile but promises were not
kept or carried over to the new Kum N Go by the district supervisor so I had no choice but to look for
employment elsewhere.
h Improved the profits of many stores by keeping up with pos designs and coming up with some of my own.
h Turned around audited stores that were leaking lots of money by training and hiring new staff efficiently.
2. h I enjoyed the traveling and have several stores under my belt in the Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas areas.
h Established many networking relationships that allowed me alot of freedom in choosing where to work at
times and job offers as a result.
