• Teacher needs a way to improve and develop
students’ knowledge, apptitudes and passions
because the world is in constant change in
order to adapt and transform it.
3. Idea 1
• Have an open class of all the activities, careers
and professions in the world.
– Have a open discussion with students of all the
activities, careers and jobs they can perform in the
real world from elementary school on with more
detail as they grow up. Careers such as: Orchestra
conductor, musician, composer, animation manager,
writer, astrophysicist, etc.
– Develop an app with all carrers or jobs available in the
market and videos related to them.
– If possible have a lecture of the real person in class or
a life experience class at the working place.

• Give a wide perspective of jobs around the
globe.
• Real experiences of people.
• Easy to use and accesibility.
• Great to include country and context of the
job.
6. What could be improved
• Active student’s participation mentioning all
the jobs they know.
• Include schools / universities ranking.
• Detailed subjects description.
• Brief description of the job.

• Too much work how will it be done? Have
video for each job in each country.
• Not related to Mexico’s current situation.

• How to achieve government support.
• How to achieve parent’s support.
• How can student’s know all possible jobs and
the ways to achieve it.
9. Idea 3
• Students from higher levels should teach
younger students, learn by teaching.
– This approach will include students from higher
levels to teach the young ones of the things they
like about the subject and found interesting and
applied to daily life. This will help to see not an
authority that is the teacher but other student like
them. Also encourage open discussions among
students to build on knowledge with everyone’s
experience.
11. What worked
• Great idea to have them seat in a circle form,
promotes visual contact.
• See what other students have learned and
found interesting.
12. What could be improved
• Identify which are the motivations for every
group of students.
• Define the agenda and/or the subject to be
taught an planned accordingly based on the
focus group.

• I don’t think students will participate in the
program.
• Outside class may not worked to share the
desired message.
14. Ideas
• Knowledge is reinforced while preparing the
class for the younger ones.
• Try new approaches to teach students
different interests.
