• Each company generate its own university
• Take long trips abroad to show new approaches
• Have job fairs with all the companies
• Have training sessions at the companies sites – practitioners
• Government involvement in recruiting worldwide experts in each
subject for the schools.
• Training on the job approach from elementary school on.
• Include a practical job in school
• International exchanges for every student
• Clear explanations on every subject – no memorizing
• Teachers should work in the industry to show the practical
approach of things.

• Government investment in creating new companies.
• Only online education with foreign teachers.
• No more tests only projects (individual and team) to evaluate
knowledge and mastery.
• Read two books per month (any subject) and the newspaper.
• Send all students to high performance universities local or foreign;
for example, MIT, Stanford, Oxford, Yale, etc.
• School should teach everything science, art, sports, etc.
• Change current education system with a teacher in a classroom, to
one in which everyone is a student and a teacher.

• Have an open class of all the activities, careers
and professions in the world.
– Have a open discussion with students of all the
activities, careers and jobs they can perform in the
real world from elementary school on with more
detail as they grow up. Careers such as: Orchestra
conductor, musician, composer, animation
manager, writer, astrophysicist, etc.

• Teachers should work in the industry to show
the practical approach of things.
– All classes in high school should have a teacher
that currently works in the industry. So the
students can see a practical approach of the
subject rather than just theory, eliminating the
memorizing process and start with the rationale of
how stuff works and how they can change them. It
will also include visits to the operaring sites.

• Students from higher levels should teach
younger students, learn by teaching.
– This approach will include students from higher
levels to teach the young ones of the things they
like about the subject and found interesting and
applied to daily life. This will help to see not an
authority that is the teacher but other student like
them. Also encourage open discussions among
students to build on knowledge with everyone’s
experience.
