During this session Iris Meinl will give a short overview about the latest trends in Career Planning for Project Managers. Additionally, she will show some modern tools and technologies which can support Project Managers in developing a tailored individual Career Path: As Project Managers we are great in planning and organizing things. But when it comes to our own career then we often rely more on fate then on a proper plan. Why not just plan your career like you plan your projects? During this session we want to look on how we create and optimize our individual Career Path in Project Management.
