Unlocking People Potential in Projects
13:30 Are you a Commander, a Cheerleader, a Carer, or a Critical Thinker?
Do you want to lead a high-performing team? To
understand how the way in which you “show up”
impacts your interactions and influences your
outcomes, ask yourself: What’s your greatest value
on your project? What are your greatest fears?
What fuels you? What is your prime method of
control?
Learn this about yourself and much more, including
how to “modify to manage” your emotional quotient
(EQ) style within the project environment to get the
best from yourself and everyone else.
At the conclusion of this session, attendees will
be able to:
Identify increased self-awareness to better
understand yourself and your default interactions,
communication styles, and preferences; and
Interpret awareness of understanding other people
better and learn to adapt and “modify to manage”
interactions with others in projects.
