1- The two Kidney
2- Abdominal part of ureter

3. - The kidneys are 2 bean-shaped organs located obliquely on the posterior abdominal wall
between T12 & L3 vertebral level.
- The kidneys are retroperitoneal structures.
- The upper part of each kidney are lying on the diaphragm, and the lower part are lying on the
psoas major and quadratus lumborum muscles.
- The left kidney are higher in position than the right kidney because the presence of the liver
above the right kidney.
- There are 2 corresponding suprarenal gland on upper pole of each kidney, and separated from
the kidney.
