A process of actively searching and hiring applicants for a job role is known
as recruitment.
Selection :
Selection process of choosing suitable applicants from the shortlisted
candidates is known as selection.
3. JOB SEARCH COMMUNICATION
Advertisement.
The first step is advertisement, Companies advertise the job on their
website or different job, portals.(Indeed.com,LinkedIn, )Company
specify the job description as required. Nowadays applicants are
asked to submit their resume online or send it by email.
4. SUBMITTING C.V
• In job advertisement, aplicants are asked to send their C.V on given email address
or upload on company website. Applicants must carefully fulfill all the
requirements as desired by the employer.also share the attachments as required
and don’t forget to attach cover letter along with your C.V.

5. INITIAL SCREENING
Once the employer or the HR manager receives, your email, along with your CV,
then they perform initial screening . Most of the companies they do it online like
telephonic interviews or sometimes, if the applicant is in the nearby location, they
may call you. For initial interview will be, which is conducted by junior or executive
HR position holder or sometimes by the Admin. And if you are up to mark Then
they recommend you for the final interviews
6. FINAL INTERVIEWS
• Your abilities and skills are judge in interviews. To be successful candidate you
have to have some skills which will outstand you from other applicants.

7. FOLLOW UP EMAIL
• After final interviews, applicants must write a follow-up email to the interviewer.
It creates a big impact and shows your interest in the job and company, it shows
your passion as well.

8. JOB OFFER
• Once you clear the final interviews, then the employer sends you
the job offer .. It contains all the information about your salary
package, your annual bonuses, your leaves, your job timing, your
entitlement of the position, you have to sign the job offer letter and
send it back to the employer with a thank you note..It’s a contract
between you and accompany
9. BACKGROUND CHECK
• Once you recieve your job offer letter sometimes employer asks you
for a clearance letter from your previous organization and also a
character certifcate as well. which can be collected or produced by
local police station .
