This document provides instructions for an assignment coordinator to source CVs for job postings. It outlines 3 main steps: 1) Search various job sites and collect resumes in interest and not interest folders. Note details in an Excel sheet. 2) Assign CVs to clients by entering details in a job portal, adding comments, selecting options, and submitting. 3) Check candidate status and improve performance by following up with candidates and documenting interactions.

co-ordinator i.e. you have to search the required cv as per instruction given from your
TEAM LEAD……

Always do folder for all searching portal
separately but in like way

Step-2:-
ASSIGN CV TO CLIENT
Procedure To Assign Cv To Client
Remember to entry all cv to our job portal jobs4hunt that work done by the computer
operator then you will get the excel sheet from him .
Copy all candidate id and with spacing coma pest in advance search

Then it show all cv
Then give respective coment what are the resulting conversation done with that particular
candidate in that coment box .Remember to give there current salary , expected salary,notice
period.
Click on option check all
Click on link shortlist

3. Then a popup window open with following
1:as per job posting given select client name
2: select assignment name
3:select job posting code(for which post you are recruiting on behalf of
client company )
4:on status always select shortlisted
5:submit
Step3
Then go to REPORT link in our jobs4hunt portal
Click on candidate status
Give client name , assignment name then click
on view

4. improve our performance/dacumentation
For improve our performance and not to get into any trouble
pleas follw up the candidate every time and give sms and
mail about updation and inform about type of interview .
So that persion will be linked to your soursing and if any
how that persion unable to take that interview then so you
can able to show as a prove that you are the one who
FOLLOW-UP that particular candidate from that day to this
day ..
