number after office hours for any basic support. This services can be
provided as “live chat” on your company website as well. We will put an
experienced resource on the other end to resolve any queries and collect all
data to and send back to you. This service as effectively cost free if you

experienced resources in such situations to help you cover the lead-time with

important resource goes on extended leave? You don’t want to hire just for
the leave period but are sometimes in desperate need of cover. That’s where

5. FAQ’s:
What are the first steps to signing up for Obox Accounting Outsourcing Services?
HOW WE WORK – We will provide resource upon signing of agreement. Obox
will not charge the client for training period. Upon end of the training period
Obox will provide another 15 days free trail to the client. Finally after this
period, the client will decide whether they want to stick with the resource
provided or would like it to be replaced for any reasonable cause.
COMMENSEMENT OF WORK – Once the work period commences, the
resource will be fully committed to the clients work for the decided number
of hours or FULL TIME. Communication between the client and the resource
can be done through telephones or online as preferred by the client.
How does Obox Accounting ensure protection of Data?
6. RDP - The preferred way that we use for data exchange is Remote Desktop.
This will allow our resource to access Client computers and remotely work
on them. In essence, no data or file is leaving the clients premises. The
resource is virtually working from within the client office keeping the data
secure. Additionally, you are dealing with a UK Based Company subject to UK
Laws. We are registered in the UK for DATA PROTECTION.
How does Obox ensure continued quality service in the long term?
FEEDBACK – Our system allows a quality check on the work being performed
by the resources provided and hence minimizes chances of any errors in the
work performed. However it is necessary for us to receive client feedback to
ensure clients satisfaction. Client will be required to fill a short client
feedback form every month and send it forth to the designated official at
Obox. All feedback whether negative, positive or suggestive must be done
through this designated at Obox official and not directly to the resource. This
official will be available to the client over email, phone and, upon reasonable
notice, in person.
How does a client handle a Full Time Employee resource?
RESOURCE HANDLING – The resource provided to the client will be working
on the clients working hours. Any over time required has to be pre-decided
between Obox and the Client. Annual leaves will also be pre-decided between
client and Obox. Obox will replace resource temporarily if the resource
allocated is not available due to personal reasons all the while, making sure
that the resource provided is of the same experience and is completely
trained. Appraisals, raises, promotions and motivational endorsements of the
resource are completely and entirely the responsibility of Obox and NOT at
the clients disposal. While we want that the client get the feeling that the
resource is one of its own team members, controlling these aspects of
resource management allows us to ensure maintenance of quality and saves
the client of all the hassles involved. Any discrepancy between holidays
offered by Obox and those offered by client are adjustable by Obox through
cash incentive if resource has to work extra days.
