This solution is highly effective for junior level requirements and provides the flexibility of deploying large teams with minimal fuss and without having to build permanent infrastructure and overheads.

The relationship between the three parties is illustrated below: • The Staffing Company and the Client Company sign a service agreement • The Staffing Company offers a fixed term deputation letter to the Employee. • The Employee provides his services to the Client.
