3. Notify DU/EC & CRB about
the signed contract and
Provide CRB a copy of the
CA/MSA
4. Submit Switch Documents
to CRB 7 business days
before switch date (If Dual or
Multiple Billing)
5. Settle Outstanding Balance
with DU/EC prior to switching
RE SUPPLIER 1. Secure a RES license from
ERC & GEOP Operating
Permit from DOE
2. Register as an RE Supplier
in the WESM, CRB and RE
Registrar
3. Enter into a DWSA with the
DU/EC
4. Notify the End User’s
DU/EC and CRB of the signed
contract at least 30 days (1
month) before the switch.
5. Submit Switch Documents
