KEY DELIVERABLES:
SITE CONTRACTS MANAGER (SABIC & ARAMCO Projects, Jubail, Jeddah and Riyadh, KSA);
 Administration of assigned Prime Contract /Subcontracts and monitors their performance against real on-site
circumstances. Promptly alert the Project Management Team concerning any potential constraints bearing
subsequent commercial impact.
 Provides guidance to the Project/s in all phases of Contracts Administration, constantly focusing on the company’s
secure position against issues involving claims, justification of delays and other commercially related concerns.
 Examines Change Orders (additional or out-of-scope works) as they relate to the prime contract and monitors their
accumulation and valuations, ensuring that they are duly compensated.
 Maintains awareness of the status of the Project’s cost reporting and forecasting.
 Reviews and analyzes contractual related correspondence. Prepares project response for the PM.
 Reviews invoices against subcontract provisions prior to approval for payment by the Project Manager.
 On Major Claim issues, establishes the company’s steadfast position in the Project, develop its strategy of
presentation and subsequent pursuit for equitable award from the client (or a subcontractor, as the case may be).

CORPORATE CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT (MMG Head Office, Dammam):
Tendering Support Function;
 Participates in the tendering process by obtaining pricing estimates from subcontractors that are to be utilized and
incorporated in the bid proposal submitted to the client. Also, oversees the activities of this whole unit – Proposal
Inquiry to Subcontractors (PITS).
 Carries out review of various Bid Enquiry documents & eventual Prime Contracts and provide comments on
commercial viewpoint of a potential project during proposal stage.
 Identifies risk related commercial concerns during Bid groundwork and raises the same for client clarification or
pricing consideration.
 At project award, prepares Project Risk Assessment for PMT awareness/appropriate mitigation during execution.
Subcontract Procurement / Live Project Support Function
 Manages and leads the activities of the Subcontract Procurement Team with complete responsibility to deliver the
best procurement solution to all projects, both onshore and offshore, as well as other end-user departments.
 Monitoring and enforcement of procedural compliance in every facet of the Competitive Bid Process, from the
development of bid packages, distribution of inquiries, bid opening, evaluation and eventual award.
 Reviews/Aanalyzes the Bid Tabulator’s preliminary evaluation of obtained quotations in respect of price, time and
material substantiality against requirements, in consonance with pre-defined budget for the relevant scope.
 Negotiates with shortlisted subcontractors/suppliers for the attainment of most equitable pricing package.
 Carries out review and approval of drafted agreements, ensuring comprehensiveness of its provisions to the
exacting needs of the Project. Undertakes to ensure that MMG’s interests are safeguarded in every subcontract
and that risks of adverse contractual situation are reduced, if not completely eliminated.
