2. Introduction
Girikon Kanban App offers Kanban or card type layouts to the standard and custom objects. You can
see the objects records in the Kanban view on the basis of the fields (picklist data type) which you
select on the dashboard. This app gives a clear picture of object record and its various stages at a
glance.
3. Advantages of Girikon Kanban App
● This app also allows the user to move any record and put on another stage with the help of drag-
and-drop interface.
● Automated update of record status as you move items through the stages of the Kanban Board.
● The user can view the details of the records on the Kanban Wall.
● This app allows the user to edit, delete, convert, clone the record from the Kanban Wall.
4. Board & Column Creation
● Create Board by entering Board Name, selecting Board Object Name & Board Field Name.
● In the Board List, you will list of boards created by you for different objects. You can view them,
edit and do setting (add column & card layout).
● Now add a column by clicking Add Column and entering Column Name and selecting Picklist
Value from the selected Object field.
5. Configure Card Layout
The user can add a maximum of three Object Fields whose values will be displayed on the dashboard in
the Kanban style.
6. Summary & Chart Creation
● When you are on any Object Board dashboard, then on the top right side you will spot Configure
Board. Click on that button.
● You will be redirected to another page when you will the columns added by you and few buttons
like Summary, Add Column & Configure Card Layout.
8. Summary & Chart Creation
● Click on Summary and select Amount Field to add on the card. Now click Go To Board button
again.

● Click on Chart button and then you will the summary based on the field selected by you. You will
see donut and vertical bar chart.
