combined 20 awards in New customer sales and our
warranty sales that includes winning Two out of state trips
with our top leaders with multiple merchandise gifts,
multiple Manager of the Month awards, Top Leader in our
Field Mentor programs, and leading 3 technicians to the
Tech of the Year award for sales and production metrics.

worked with our recruiters to ensure they could send over top applicants in
our department by providing input on the test out process in the
prescreening.
