• Will Sage let customer move to new Online for the same price until they hit their
renewal date?
• Does the customer have to move to the new pricing but get credit for unused
monies ?
• Can the customer take unused monies and apply to another Sage Product?
• For 2016 customers, when is end of life?
• Can we update the Azure servers to 2018 or 2019 versions of Sage 300
