About Customer:
A US based large BGA ( Brokerage General Agency) working with 10,000+ financial advisors ( users in
point of case) including Support Staff , was looking for Mailbox/Outlook Migration to Gsuite( Google
Workspace). There was 20+ TB of mail data ( attachment), teams. Calendar and SharePoint need to
be migrated & properly synced and made awareness to users.
Business Challenges:
• Heavy reliance on internal IT and increased cost using MS Exchange
• Large IT setup 6 physical server and 16VM’s at on-premise
• Redundant Data Backup and recovery system was required
• IT security and regulatory compliances
• Remote working was a challenge as frequent downtimes.
