B.E in Computer Science.
Master in Network Security.
 Work Experience:
 As a software developer in L&T
InfoTech Company.
 As a computer science teacher
and head of IT development in
Silver bells public school.
CONTRIBUTOR…
 In their work, contributors demonstrate
concern for the human beings they serve.
 Contributors go all out to try and find an
answer. They take responsibility for ‘making
things happen’ in any situation.
 Contributors have a wider view of their work
and thus take pride in doing their work well.
 The Contributor’s focus is on achieving the
larger goals of the team, rather than focusing
only on his/her own personal success.
Work Experience …
 She has five years of work experience.
 She takes her work as opportunity and mission
that has to be completed in given period of time
with self and client’s satisfaction.
 Thus, a contributor always takes his/her work as a
opportunity and a mission.
Qualities of successful Employee
 According to her to become a successful employ
one has to take his/her job as a responsibility.
Dedication to your job is the most important
thing.
 According to her point of personal growth should
be a secondary goal and organizational level
growth should a primary growth for every
employee. Money is important but your client
should be satisfied with the service that you have
provided to him/her.
Challenges faced…
 Every employ has to face a challenging task from
his/her superiors..but the difference in the way
you take the challenge i.e, as a opportunity to
learn something new or as a hurdle in your daily
routine .
 According to her challenges have to two solutions
permanent and temporary. Whenever she or her
organization faced a challenge she first find a
temporary solution so that the client or co-worker
can procced further and then a permanent solution
so that it is not faced again.
JOB ROLE AND SATISFACTION..
 According to her job satisfaction is both
internally and externally.
 She has done job as a software developer and
now is working as a teacher and head of IT
development in silver bells public school.
REWARD FOR HER…
 For her opportunity is of utmost important and
reward for her…
As a teacher to see her students becoming
successful.
As a software developer, client should be
satisfied by her work.
CHALLENGES FACED FROM
SENIORS AND JUNIORS
 Whenever her and her seniors/juniors thoughts
are opposite to a situation.
 She always have the word with them and
discuss the topic according both’s point of view
and comes to a decision which is beneficial to
the organization.
CONTRIBUTION TO THE ORGANISATION
AND TO THE SOCIETY…
 During her studies is created a website named
www.pankhida.com ,it showed the live performance
of garba to the financially challenged families
near her society.
 In 4th year of B.E under the guidance of college
director P.K Chande she created a website which
is interface between college student and
government and private sector.
 For the students who are good programmer but
are financially challenged and wants to continue
the study while working.
FEAR OF FAILURE
 In the year 2008 when there were less job
opportunities for IT and she had a open campus
interview, but eventually she made it in Satyam
company.
 Second fear when her company CEO was
accused , then she applied for another job and
was posted in Chennai for one year.
SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM
VISIONS
 As a short term vision is wants continue as a
teacher.
 And as a long term vision wants a pure technical
job where is work as a software developer and can
also continue her hobby of teaching as a trainer in
the same company.
Moment to feel proud
 As a software developer and head IT development
she was given the opportunity to launch the
mobile application that she had developed by her
superior on the day of launching.
 As a teacher when I called her up for an interview
for my project and the response from her students
from last 2 years.
A message to future Engineers
 Always be honest and dedicated to your job
responsibility .If you are capable and can do, then try
to help the maximum people. always try to get
practical knowledge. Always continue the research
work in your interested field along with your studies so
you can provide innovative modules to the society.
Lastly the most important thing whenever you are on
the path of your success and glory never forget your
parents and the person who always wished to see at the
peak of you dream….
Conclusion
 Hence I conclude that,
 A contributor is person who goes beyond is
duty to help someone or a organization.
 And has long term and short term vision of
success.
 Thus she is in the path of converting herself in
a contributor.....

  • 3. INTRO TO THE PERSONALITY  Name: Swati Sharma.  Date of Birth: 27th April 1989.  Educational Qualification: B.E in Computer Science. Master in Network Security.  Work Experience:  As a software developer in L&T InfoTech Company.  As a computer science teacher and head of IT development in Silver bells public school.
  • 4. CONTRIBUTOR…  In their work, contributors demonstrate concern for the human beings they serve.  Contributors go all out to try and find an answer. They take responsibility for ‘making things happen’ in any situation.  Contributors have a wider view of their work and thus take pride in doing their work well.  The Contributor’s focus is on achieving the larger goals of the team, rather than focusing only on his/her own personal success.
  • 5. Work Experience …  She has five years of work experience.  She takes her work as opportunity and mission that has to be completed in given period of time with self and client’s satisfaction.  Thus, a contributor always takes his/her work as a opportunity and a mission.
  • 6. Qualities of successful Employee  According to her to become a successful employ one has to take his/her job as a responsibility. Dedication to your job is the most important thing.  According to her point of personal growth should be a secondary goal and organizational level growth should a primary growth for every employee. Money is important but your client should be satisfied with the service that you have provided to him/her.

Challenges faced…  Every employ has to face a challenging task from his/her superiors..but the difference in the way you take the challenge i.e, as a opportunity to learn something new or as a hurdle in your daily routine .  According to her challenges have to two solutions permanent and temporary. Whenever she or her organization faced a challenge she first find a temporary solution so that the client or co-worker can procced further and then a permanent solution so that it is not faced again.
  • 8. JOB ROLE AND SATISFACTION..  According to her job satisfaction is both internally and externally.  She has done job as a software developer and now is working as a teacher and head of IT development in silver bells public school.
  • 9. REWARD FOR HER…  For her opportunity is of utmost important and reward for her… As a teacher to see her students becoming successful. As a software developer, client should be satisfied by her work.
  • 10. CHALLENGES FACED FROM SENIORS AND JUNIORS  Whenever her and her seniors/juniors thoughts are opposite to a situation.  She always have the word with them and discuss the topic according both’s point of view and comes to a decision which is beneficial to the organization.

CONTRIBUTION TO THE ORGANISATION AND TO THE SOCIETY…  During her studies is created a website named www.pankhida.com ,it showed the live performance of garba to the financially challenged families near her society.  In 4th year of B.E under the guidance of college director P.K Chande she created a website which is interface between college student and government and private sector.  For the students who are good programmer but are financially challenged and wants to continue the study while working.
  • 12. FEAR OF FAILURE  In the year 2008 when there were less job opportunities for IT and she had a open campus interview, but eventually she made it in Satyam company.  Second fear when her company CEO was accused , then she applied for another job and was posted in Chennai for one year.
  • 13. SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM VISIONS  As a short term vision is wants continue as a teacher.  And as a long term vision wants a pure technical job where is work as a software developer and can also continue her hobby of teaching as a trainer in the same company.
  • 14. Moment to feel proud  As a software developer and head IT development she was given the opportunity to launch the mobile application that she had developed by her superior on the day of launching.  As a teacher when I called her up for an interview for my project and the response from her students from last 2 years.
  • 15. A message to future Engineers  Always be honest and dedicated to your job responsibility .If you are capable and can do, then try to help the maximum people. always try to get practical knowledge. Always continue the research work in your interested field along with your studies so you can provide innovative modules to the society. Lastly the most important thing whenever you are on the path of your success and glory never forget your parents and the person who always wished to see at the peak of you dream….
