4. A diagram that shows the structure of an organization and
the relationship between the different people, departments,
and jobs at different level within that organization.
After the restructuring, employees were encouraged to look at
the new organogram to see where their job fitted in to
the overall structure.
What is Organogram?
5. Organograms are generally used to show the chain of
command within an organization. They can be tailored
to meet the needs of the organization, and may contain
information such as the job titles, names, or areas of
responsibility for the staff.

Master plan or blueprint of a printed or published work (such as an
advertisement, book, magazine, newspaper, or website) that lays out the
arrangement of its different graphic elements (such as body copy, colors,
headlines, illustrations, scale). It establishes the overall appearance,
