• Promotion includes all the
communications that talk about all

• This includes all the efforts that the
company makes to make the final
product available to the customer.

• Located at Highway exits
• Located in almost all the big cities,
also has drive-thru available.
8. Physical Evidence
• The environment where the
company comes in contact with the
customer is the physical evidence.
McDonald’s:
• The environment, cleanliness of the
restaurant.
• How polite the staff is also depicts
physical evidence.
9. Process
• The process includes all the necessary steps
that the company goes through to provide
the product to the customer.
• It is important that the firm is transparent
about its process.
McDonald’s:
• Often hosts open kitchen to gain customer
trust.
• Has a standard operating procedure set and
does not violate.
10. People
• This includes the employees of the
company that may or may not have a
direct interaction with the customer.
McDonald’s:
• Everyone is trained so that they
represent the same values
• The staff at the restaurant wear the
same uniforms
