Quantities, Tendering, Contracts and Execution
 Preparation of Tender Documents from the input received from the user including complete project
estimate cost.

Working as Sr.Manager ( Planning, Contracts and Quantity Survey) with M/S Rithwik Projects Private
Limited (For the work of Construction of Barrage and Desilting Works, Silt Flushing Tunnel, Control
Room Buildings, Office complex for Balance Works at Tapovan Vishnugad Hydro Power Project (4x130
MW, NTPC Limited) at Tapovan in District Chamoli in Utrakhand State. I am looking after the work of
Planning, Monitoring, Budgeting, billing work of Client and PRW’s, contractual correspondences and
reporting to Head Office on day to day basis.
March 2010 to October 2012

Allain Duhangan Hydro Electric Project 192 MW is being executing by AD Hydro Power Ltd., (The joint
venture of SN Power Norway and LNJ Bhilwara Group) VPO Prini, Distt. Kullu, H.P. This is a BOOT
(Build, Own, Operate & Transfer) project and ADHPL is a client for this project.
Job Responsibilities:-
I was heading the Contracts and Engineering Division of ADHPL. My job includes the overall working of
the Contract & Engineering Division (CED). The works being executed in CED were as: minor designs,
preparation of Tender specifications, Finalization of Tender after negotiations, Awarding of works to
contractors, Estimation of various works, Checking of Bills of contractors(like L&T, NCC, AMC Projects,
DKS Contractors Ltd., SEW – Coastal JV, P&R Engg. Services, BHEL, ABB and others), Finalization of
Deviations / extra items rates w.r.t. contract agreement and finalization of rates, preparation of flow chart
and monitoring of contractor’s progress w.r.t. planned / scheduled progress and to do scheduling. Further I
had also to report our Head Office about all type of delays and forecast about the planned progress w.r.t
actual progress achieved etc. Close liaison with contractor’s progress. ADHPL had 35KM roads duly black
carpeted and maintained by itself. All billing, execution and preparation of bar chart and operation of roads
were directly under control of CED.

Electric Project (Stage –III) at Chamba,Distt. Chamba, H.P.

Contracts Branch: - My job includes the daily Liaisoning with client (NHPC Ltd.) for smooth functioning of
the work at site. To look after the work of billing with client and subcontractors.
