 Asked to return to RRAD due to my in-depth knowledge of the organization, my past performance, and my
knowledge of Master Data.
 worked on creating clearly standardized the BOMs, Routings, Production Versions, Material Master, and
Work Centers.
 Daily I am working though the various issues they are encountering in MM, PP, PS, and WM using my
problem solving abilities and my in-depth understanding of SAP applications and tables using SE16N.
 Working with different groups to insure that their BOMs, Routings, and Production Versions are correctly
created using SAP “Best Practices”. This is done based on the SOP I helped create to insure uniformity.
 Continuation of support, outlining, and documenting procedures for Depot personnel.
 Insuring the BOMs and Routes conform to CAMS. (SAP Complex Assembly Manufacturing Solution)
 Leading technical member on the SAP PP/MM side to insure data is compliant for migration into CAMS.
 Work with SE16N to look directly at the tables and create reports or solve problems.
 Use ABAP queries to create a report with multiple tables when I cannot find the correct one in SAP. For
most Production Orders I can create numerous programs with COOIS.

 Traveled to Israel for two weeks to learn about their business and implementation plans for SAP.
 Worked with personnel in the US and Israel on the training scenarios leading to implementation.
 Working closely with personnel in Israel and the US to report and assist in solving issues arising from pre
and post implementation.
 Worked extensively with SAP for use in a Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock organization.
 Several modifications in configuration have been made to accommodate the needs of Amiad. These
include changes in configuration to use external operations, allowing operations to accumulate prices, and
several other minor changes in IMG.
 Changed the entire way manufacturing is being performed. This includes the way and number of
production orders created to complete one finished good.
 BOMs and Routings were entirely changed to streamline the process.
 External Operations were added by me so our painting could be done in a more efficient manner.
 Working with SAP MM, PP, and SD (primarily Quotation, Sales Order Entry, and Pick-Pack-Ship),
extended materials, and performed other duties to assist in the training process.
