Aboutthe Project:
The project allows Deloitte Member Firms to upload Financial Values to Global DTTL FAS team.
Application was developed using WebDynPro for ABAP and Enterprise Portal.
Every year Global DTTL will provide a format (comprising of GL Accounts and Business Service
Lines) in which member firms will send the data to FAS team. There are many different values
that the Member Firm can submit e.g. Financial Results, Annual Plan, Preliminary Plan, Standard
Work Hours etc. This process was totally automated with this project.

 Designed and developed custom framework that is used to perform validation for each
file. The framework is highly customizable with format and data validation.

 FIG HANA (WDA application): Complete Custom Application developed in WebDynPro
for ABAP. Have designed and developed complete custom framework to be used for
various uploads. Have incorporated various concepts in this applications. Some of them
are listed below:
o Customizable Control tables: Format of upload files for various type of data
keeps changing on yearly basis. Hence the framework will do the validation
based on the controlling tables maintained.
o Auto upload of Control Tables data: It is tedious and time consuming for the
FAS team to maintain control tables data year wise. Hence a new tool is
designed to read the Excel file and auto upload control table data for “GL
Accounts”, “Business Service Lines”, “White Cells”, “Excel Formula”.

Designed complete screen where the user can send one or more batches for
posting into SAP. These files will be read from application server and will be sent
as an attachments to the FI team.
 Performance Enhancement of Staff Utilization Report (ZDSAEM_STAFF_UTILIZATION)
customer report.
 Various enhancement of Financial Integration Guide (FIG) report. This is a very complex
report with provision of viewing statistics based on “Functions/Sub Functions”. This
report displays statistics for Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and various HR
reports.
 Performed Code Review Process on India and DSEA Cluster.
 Provided design concept for ZFIG Report to dynamically design the output. This is
managed by table entries in a custom table.

Groups, Period Control Table, User Roles authorizations). It also allows the user to do
‘Balance Sheet Reconciliation Entry’. Formats supported are Balance Detail (BD), Activity
Details (AD), Bank Reconciliation (BR), Subledger (SD), Accounts Receivable (AR). The
solution is approved and implemented for Coke.

 Custom Report developed to run Inventory List for Active as well as Inactive Assets. The
standard program provides report only for Active Assets. Hence the solution is made to
use a custom report to provide details for both Active and Inactive Assets in a data
range.
 New custom solution designed for “Asset Management”. The solution is built on T-Code
“F.01” (program RFBILA00). The solution provides the variance of amount between two
periods. The solution is capable of displaying the report on 4 levels. Each level has an
option to provide comments for the BSV Items where the variation is above tolerance. It
also provides the higher level authority to view and provide feedback to the comments
entered at lower level. This is fully customized solution as per Client business
requirement.
 New Functionality developed to Display HR Structure Report. This was developed using
Object Oriented ABAP.
 Conversion of Standard Billing JETFORM (RVORDERS01) to SMARTFORMS.
 Conversion of custom delivery JETFORM (Y_DELEVE_ALC) to SMARTFORMS.
 New functionality developed to automate transaction “OAWD – Attachment to Asset
Master” of FI, to attach Excel Files containing Company Code and Asset Number. The
Excel file is processed and attached to all the Company Code and Asset Number present
in the file.
 Modified Custom Delivery Note SAP Script and Driver Program to include proper Sales
Document Number when created with reference. Also customer signature is included.
 Modified custom report “MRP Exception Message Report” to include Vendor details. The
linkage to vendor is set through PR and PO. The linkage is set using field MTDB-DELKZ
with EKKO or EBAN table.
 Modified custom report to process “Upload JV from Excel”. This program reads the data,
checks for data validity and creates IDOC using FM “IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS”.

Each level has an option to provide comments for the BSV Items where the variation is above tolerance. It also provides the higher level authority to view and provide feedback to the comments entered at lower level. This is fully customized solution as per Client business requirement.  New Functionality developed to Display HR Structure Report. This was developed using Object Oriented ABAP.  Conversion of Standard Billing JETFORM (RVORDERS01) to SMARTFORMS.  Conversion of custom delivery JETFORM (Y_DELEVE_ALC) to SMARTFORMS.  New functionality developed to automate transaction “OAWD – Attachment to Asset Master” of FI, to attach Excel Files containing Company Code and Asset Number.
