PROFILE
I have been responsible for the development and successful implementation of SAP since 1996. After initial training as a
Super user, I gained extensive experience as a Customizer and internal SAP consultant at Banedanmark (Rail Net
Denmark). My cross SAP knowledge is broad and I have been involved in the delivery of many SAP initiatives.
My current work, which has centered upon PS and SD and reporting, has enhanced my understanding other SAP modules
– especially MM, CO, FI, HR and BW/BI. To enhance my expertise, I have attended in various “SAP Experience Groups,”
including sessions on PS and BW/BI
My responsibilities have included project planning and management and end-to-end solution design and delivery. I have
covered design workshops and been responsible from build through to testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support.
In my current role, I have participated in implementation of PS in 4 times, with different focus areas and with a range of
management needs. For example, I have customized PS for the Quotation Calculation (SD) via network planning in the PS
and resource planning through the Work Center, to resource related billing of the actual costs. Most recently, I
customized SD resource related billing for PM/CS.
I have been working a lot with MM purchase orders with service specifications and service entry sheets.

In Banedanmark I have been working closely with external consultants, who had designed the BI/BW solution. My role
also demands that I work intensively with reporting (painter/writer and query) and Business Explore (query design and
Web Application Designer).
I have developed and implemented end-user training, because I believe that for the system to function to its maximum
potential, it is essential that SAP is used correctly and embraced enthusiastically by users. In support of this goal, I have
been responsible for the delivery of training end-user in “SAP intro” – a general course in SAP. My development of various
user-manuals and materials for internal SAP courses has been very successful and as a result, I have been invited to
deliver training to ensure that new features are smoothly and efficiently introduced (PS controlling, BI reporting, and
more).
A lot of my work has been cooperation with the super-user and end-users
I initiatives such as onsite function where I have sat next to the individual users and review their use of SAP. That has
often resulted in that I could make their use of SAP smarter and easier.
Through this work, I have gained a lot of insight into the way different user works with SAP. It is a great advantage that I
know both side, users and the technology behind when I doing SAP support and configuration.

I worked as part of a team responsible for the installation of a completely new SAP
installation throughout the company. We implemented a totally new CO/FI setup and
solved problems arising from its impact upon other applications.
