Epipremnum aureum (Linden and Andre) Bunting is also availed as the scientific name of the prosperity plant by many and also considered as synonym of Scindapsus aureus. Besides money plant, other names availed commonly for this plant are Pothos, the Silver Vine, Devil's Ivy and Solomon Island's Ivy (Chetan et al., 2011). This plant is specifically native to Southeastern Asia and New Guinea (Chan et al., 1998). Crassula ovatais is also termed as jade plant, friendship tree, the lucky plant or Money Plant sometimes referred to as the money tree. Pachira aquatic is also referred as the money tree or Money plant. Hence, there is confusion, exists in the nomenclature. In Asia, however, Scindapsus aureus is grown as money plant in the houses (Srivasatava et al., 2011). It sometimes may be grown both as a trailer and a climber. It is the scrambler shrub and it can climb by the means of aerial roots over the trees and the plants which hook over the tree branches

3.  A Meta organism is the niche of interacting biological
individuals that is specifically indicated by a metagenome
(Dastager et al., 2008). A variety of the high throughput
and the other techniques are used to understand the role
meta organismal interactions play in the host physiology
and local and the global biogeochemistry (Darlington et al.,
2000). There are enormous benefit of planting the indoor
plant. Specifically money plant which is called Epipremnum
aureum is the species of flowering plant in family Araceae,
native to Mo'orea in the Society Islands of the French
Polynesia (Dawson et al.,2009)(Fig:1).

 METHODS SAMPLE COLLECTION
 Swabbing is the method done to collect the bacterial flora from the leaf of money
plant. Two swab samples were collected from the ventral and dorsal side of leaf and
was labelled as V1 and D1 (V-Ventral, D-Dorsal) (Fjeld et al., 1998).
 Microscopic technique
 Bacteria based on their diversified phenotypic structure it is very hard to assess the
bacteria only with morphological examination. So microscopic examination is majorly
used technique to understand the bacterial shape and major distinguishing features
like gram positive or gram negative. The key technique behind the microscopic
examination is staining. The prime staining technique availed was gram staining to
understand the fundamental characteristics of bacteria. The Olmpus CH -20i binocular
microscope were used for the microscopic identification of bacteria (Anitha, 2012).

5.  There are several biochemical test developed to understand the
mode of biochemical pathway adapted by each bacteria (Ellis et al.,
2000). Multiple biochemical test are carried out to examine and
identify a single bacterial species. The series of biochemical test
performed are Indole test, Methyl red test, Vogues Prausker test,
Citrate Utilization test. These test are generally called as IMViC test.
These test were majorly used to differentiate the biochemical
pathways adapted by each bacterial species. Primarily to
differentiate the bacterial family of Enetrobacteriacea these test
were performed. Later there was addition of certain other
biochemical test helped in identifying all bacterial species. The other
biochemical test used were Carbohydrate fermentation test, Triple
Sugar Iron Agar test, Catalase, Urease and starch hydrolysis test
(Chamberland et al., 1991).
