on what is expected in each position. Understanding every position’s
purpose at a workplace is important, so everyone knows what is expected
from each other. Being open and authentic is part of my “Explore
Archetype. I should be open to my coworkers so we can efficiently work
together to make sure the client feels understood, connected and worthy.

14. Natalie Rivera
Have you ever wondered how
the American music has become so successful?
Have you thought maybe there can be a different
approach on how we manage the latin music Industry? I was
able to incorporate a different approach and work ethic with “El
Kikeo” podcast to have a better reach to my audience by monetizing
emotions; which is not a very known business strategy in the latin
industry. My goal is to modernize how the latin community sees, hears,
and experiences music and artists.
