• Develop working templates for establishing and tracking project MEP
requirements, technical specifications, cost estimations and appointment of
contractors.
• Work with the Project Manager/Company owner to establish key performance
indicators for critical MEP parameters on the project.
• Develop systems for reporting to monitor and track MEP technical issues.
• Coordinate with the project commissioning consultants to ensure that all
projects are commissioned to meet the contract requirements.
• Monitor MEP work such as installation of HVAC,Chiller ,BMS systems, Lifts,
Escalator's, Fire hydrant & protection system, Hydro pneumatic systems,
water distribution system and other MEP activities as required.
• Acquire a detailed understanding of contract documents (drawings and
specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction
sequencing, and project schedules to advise the project manager as
necessary.
• Assist in the development and review of MEP systems for the project.
Manage the supervision consultant to approve the contractor’s as-built
drawings and submittals and log MEP changes and as-built information.
• Define scope, budget and justification of MEP change work orders.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment and the review
and approval process for all mechanical and technical submittals.
• Assist project team in negotiations with contractors regarding the value of
claims or changes in schedules and prepare recommendations on claims -
approval or rejection.
• Interface with client in relation to MEP activities on site.
• Oversee and advise on the estimates prepared by the QS/Cost Control
relating to MEP works and collate and analyze periodic cost reports to

• Preparing Tender Documents for subcontractor and hiring subcontractors for
designing systems, draw application projects and assembling The Electro-
mechanic systems etc.
• Responsible preparing Operation and Maintenance Manuals for Electro-
mechanic systems, interfaces.
• Responsible organize electromechanical representation and prepared As-
built project.
• End of the probationary period, make sure the all the PAL list is done. If there
is any final acceptance list and finishes those and end project.
• Responsible over 200 engineers, technician and workers not include
subcontractor.

Founded by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality for operating the urban railway network
in the metropolitan area, the company currently operates 7 urban railway lines of 100 km.
M1 Line has started to operation from 1989. There are many revision and renovation
projects has done for these systems.
At the moment I am mainly dealing ;M2 Halic Metro Crossing Bridge ,M2 and M7

line construction nearly going end. I am trying close PAL and preparing the final
acceptance of M2 construction project. I have been working M2 underground /metro line
from the beginning which the one of the design and requirement team member (When I
have this responsibilities , I used to work Alarko) . later on ,I led the purchasing
department for electro mechanic equipment after that as a construction manager ,
managing the subcontractor and our worker to build the whole electro mechanic systems
include railway and third rail.
My responsibility for M7 line are; this line construction just recently started. I am member
of the design and requirement team member. we have prepared M7 line `s electro
mechanic technical tender document and construction drawing . We done the first stage
of the project. We are waiting second stage which municipality has to go tender for a
contract.
