Planning, Testing and commissioning:
Assuring that systems and components of industrial plant are designed, installed, tested,
operated and maintained according to the operational requirements.
Plan all instrumentation activities with Polysus international “know how company”
Developing electrical and instrumentation schedule in MS project software for overhaul or
revamping and manage the daily progress.
Collect all standard activities and special jobs from different departments during long
shutdown as overhaul manager.
Follow with the refractory team the critical path.
Inspect all maintenance jobs to comply with standards.
Check with plant manager and operation director that the overhaul on schedule.
Evaluate overhaul cost with methods team.
Run regular meeting to be sure that schedule progress status and participate by supporting
other teams to achieve their tasks on time.
Reviewing overhaul baseline and update it with the scheduler in MS project to publish it to
all work participants.
Follow with plant management team and makes them updated with all progress.
Estimate overhaul risk value (known-unknown risk) by compensating time and cost.
Defining the expected configurations and qualities.
Supervising and reviewing owner acceptance the new production line 4 and 5.
