JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
Facility Management
 Mobilization of Projects , conducting Condition Survey & Asset Capturing of Facilities such as Commercial/Residential
Buildings, Substations, Pumping Stations, Warehouses/Freight Stations etc. Setting up the Project Team, Planning and
strategizing for Planned & Reactive Maintenance
 Liaising with Specialized Service & Soft Services contractors, monitoring the functional testing of Critical Systems
such as Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting & Fire Suppression Systems.
 Execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance of MEP Assets, including the complete functional testing, preparation of
technical reports in case of bad asset replacement and/or system up-gradation
 Training the Reactive Maintenance team with regards to prioritization of callouts and criticality of facilities to ensure
smooth operation. Supervising the RM team and ensuring the KPI for RM is complied.
 Providing Technical expertise in case of Variation Orders/Extra Jobs when required
 Carrying out Thermal Imaging (IR Thermograph) testing of LV Panels /SMDB’s/DB’s, assessing the load on existing
panels and recommending system up gradation
 Monitoring the Electric & Water Meter readings for utility management.
 To be involved in the three important phases of Project Lifecycle: Mobilization, Stabilization & Up-gradation
 Participation in the Project Takeover meetings along with Client Project Team, Consultant & Main Contractor. Ensuring
that all Project Closeout documents are submitted as per the contractual requirement of the Client and all the snags are
rectified before the Final Takeover.
 Identification of all the MEP Operational Issues related to DLP and raising the Defect Notifications for the same.
MEP
 To study & interpret the Electrical Schematic/As built drawing and ensure the work execution in accordance with the
drawings, specifications and agreed procedures
 Installing & mounting various types of Electro-mechanical equipments Transformers, Generators, UPS, Circuit
Breakers, service equipments and lighting fixtures according to the drawings and specifications.

2.  Specifications for Electrical Wiring Accessories & Components ( Switches & Sockets, Disconnect Switch, Wires &
Cables and Installation Methods, Circuit Breaker, Switchgears, Panel Boards, RCD, Capacitor Bank, Transformer, UPS/
Inverter etc).
 Load scheduling of Distribution board (DB), Sub main Distribution board (SMDB) and Main distribution board (MDB)
by taking different lighting and power loads.
 Load scheduling of Motor control centre (MCC) by taking different mechanical loads such as exhaust fans, air
conditioning units etc.
 Cable Sizing & Selection
 Lighting and power calculation for various areas.
 Preparing route for underground cable in coordination with different services such as domestic water, irrigation system,
drainage system etc.
 Low Current Systems – CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Public Address, Back Ground Music (BGM).
Telephone & SMATV Systems.
 Planning wiring layout and equipment fixtures based on job specifications & local codes
 Monitoring all Sub contractors closely so that the quality of work is as per specifications & completed on time.
 To ensure that all the information on the drawing is conveyed to the workforce and details produced whenever required
