2. •A library is a big collection of procedures, where all
the procedures are related
•Allows the Arduino to send data back to the
computer
•The Serial Library to communicate from the
Arduino board back to the computer over the
USB port.

3. UART Serial Communication
•The word serial means "one after
the other.
•Serial data transfer is when we
transfer data one bit at a time, one
right after the other.

4. •The transmit (TX) of the first has to
connect to the receive (RX) of the
second and the TX of the seconds to
the RX of the first.
•The third wire is ground.
•Common ground reference: -5V to 0V
•The TX and RX pins of an Arduino
board are pins D0 and D1.
•Connection with COM3 This allows
the board to send and receive serial
data with a serial terminal on the
computer.

Serial.peak()
Returns the first byte in the serial buffer, but does not remove it. If no data is
available, it will return -1.
Serial.flush()
Clears all bytes from the serial buffer.
Serial.parseInt()
Finds the next set of integers in the serial buffer and parses them together,
outputting an integer value.
