2. JOB RESPOSIBILITIES
 Prepare work to be estimated by gathering RFI/RFQ’s, blueprints,
specifications, scope of work and related documents.
 Prepare accurate estimates for all construction bids and design an efficient
contract for all projects.
 Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials,
and labor estimates.
 Quantification of variations as per revised drawings / specifications and
follow-up with main Contracts / Project Managers for Site Work Instruction.

 Confer with engineers, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes
and adjustments to cost estimates.
 Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
 Consults with experts to get advice on difficult cost estimations
 Measurement & preparation of Bill of Quantities for various project elements
 Preparation of List of Technical Queries for consultant clarification.
 Preparation of technical and commercial bid proposals to the client’s
requirements.
 Breaks down project costs by looking at the prices of materials, the costs of
labor and expenses involved with other resources necessary to complete the
project.
 Reviewing the purchase order (PO) and Work order (WO) upon project
