 Responsible for managing annual CAPEX Contracts & Procurements (Civil, Structural,) about +120.0 Cr.
 Leverage the spend and deliver annual savings through Hard Negotiations and
Innovative Supply strategies onanaverage 22%.
 Clearing the Contractor Supply & Service Bills and managing the liabilities AndFinance
budgeting.
 Regular tracking of work progress, vendor performance toensure the work done in approved Budget and
time frame.
 Followthe DOA ,Working with user , Finance andother departments to ensure the correct finalize the
SOW , the Responsible for change order, order amendments Deviation approvals.
 Responsible todrive strategic initiatives inthe above area and help to reduce the leadtime of the
projects
 Regular post order meetings withvendors and technical team.
 Work closelywith Technical team and ensure state of the art Infrastructure is created for the company.
 Managing Procurement Team of 8 persons andmotivate the team and helpthem to exceed annual
Commitments.
 Conducting all procurement activities ina robust, transparent and ethical manner, ensuring competitionwhere possible and fairness tothe
contractors with whom we do business.
 Documentation , Adaptation& Validationas per DOA ,Commercial procedures/ guide and policies
Contracts -Tendering Responsibility:-
 Responsible for PR to PO Process, Managing tendering process from formulating the Tender document, floating tenders, evaluating bids to
awarding Orders.
 Coordinating with contractors for techno-commercial negotiations, cost estimates, including billing, claims, etc.
 Lead Tendering Meetings and, Contract Finalizationwithtechnical team.
 Vendor Development & Management , Performance Audit
 Creating of invitations to tender along with the necessarytechnical documentation and discussionwith superior for good tender cost which
is suitable according to finance/Under Budget
 Market evaluation,Rate Analysis ,Prepare Prime cost Estimation, costing ,Scope/BOQ preparation andFinalization ,
 Drafting and Awarding Work / Purchase / Supply Orders timely
 Developed a system/MISfor keeping track over the pendency of indents on dailybasis and hence the necessaryfollow-up actions for
timelydisposal of the PRs Budgeting etc
