 Worked as a Secretary to Contracts Manager & Services Manager of
PDO EMS contracts for M/s. Bahwan Engineering Co. LLC, Sultanate of
Oman.
 Worked as (from 2006 April to Aug 2009) as a SAP,MM Module (SAP
R/3 – PRODUCTION, MAINTENANCE) assistant in the QS (Quantity
Surveyor) division.
 Was a core team member in SAP implementation representing the
client (our company BEC).
 Working as project SAP co-ordinator/Commercial Assistant for PDO
call off contract (from Sep 2009 to Sep 2015).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Follow up with the PDO Area team leaders for financial releases.
 Maintenance of yearly budgets/targets.

 Coordination of projects
 Overall incharge of company receivables and payables related to this contract.
 Handling SAP related works in PDO (client) and BEC (Working with mainly MM
transactions – ME-51N, ML-81, ME-21N, MB-21, ME-2A, ME-47,MIGO etc.
 Preparation of monthly claims under various projects.
 Procurement of materials required for the projects.
 Negotiating and finalizing vendors for various works.
 Creating sub contract agreements in SAP and issuance to vendors.
 Verification and approval of vendor service invoices.
 Yearly budget coordination (a service carried out on behalf of client).
 Verification of materials and services supplied by the contractors as per the
Quality standards of client.
 Maintaining of key documents.
 Reporting to Asst.General Manager/Project manager/Contracts manager on
work progress.
