A dental crown is an artificial tooth that has similar color of

Disadvantages:
1. It is less durable than other types of crowns which means it is more

strength.

asking the patient to bite it for first time
They can serve for several years according to their resistance

Temporary crown: can be made in dentist’s clinic and made
of acrylic or stainless steel and can be used until the
permanent crown will be ready
Permanent crown: they are fabricated in the dental
laboratory and while they are under construction we r using
the temporary ones
