  • 2. CRITERIA CHARACTERISTICS VISUAL ATRACTIVENESS The coursebook has different colors, fonts and headings. VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES Tasks that give students a range of opportunities to use the language taught. FAMILIARITY OF CONTEXTS Topics and contents which are related to the student’s age, needs or experiences. BALANCE There is harmony between language structures and language use.
  • 3. CRITERIA CHARACTERISTICS CONTENT AND TIME ACCORDANCE The units of the coursebook and the coursebook duration are well synchronized. LANGUAGE LEVEL The coursebook materials are chosen according to the right level of students. SKILLS DEVELOPMENT Activities are based on the four skills; reading, listening, speaking and writing. ORGANIZATION The activities presented in the book follow a logical sequence.
