Customer Care is a vital part of induction training for all new staff in care homes. Equivalent to half a day spent in the
classroom, this course explains how to deliver consistently great service in a residential care environment.

The fully interactive and narrated content includes multiple-choice, post-module assessments which secure understanding.
On completing this MindLeaders course, learners will be able to:

	        • Deal with informal and formal complaints
