ITWORX HUB is an Office365 Digital Workplace product by ITWORX, An employee personalized digital experience platform fostering employee engagement and productivity. 1. USERS LOGIN
Through integration with Customer Active Directory, Users will
be able to sign into ITWORX HUB using their domain account
Username and Password with their same authorization levels.
ACTIVITY FEEDS
This component is considered the main stream that will include
all kinds of posts shared by all users (News, Announcements,
Events, Vacancies, Offers…etc). Users will be able to do the
following:
• View Personalized Feeds
• Add New Posts
• View Shared Posts
• Interact with Posts
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION FEEDS
This component provides various features and functionalities
that mainly focus on leveraging the means of communication
between the organization and its internal employees as follows:

CONTENT MANAGEMENT
ITWORX HUB is designed to allow for efficient handling of

suitable for any content author/manager either with IT

PORTAL ADMINISTRATION
Admins will be able to control portal widgets as needed
including ability to edit widget name, and select whether to
enable a widget or not. Admins will also be able to change
the portal logo and background image for a more
personalized experience.
HuBOT
ITWORX is introducing Chat Bot to be integrated into
ITWORX HUB (named HuBOT). Chat Bot is a service that is
supported by artificial intelligence rules to facilitate
communication with users and interact with them through a
user-friendly chat interface that accelerates the learning
process. User will be able to access HuBot from inside
ITWORX HUB main page and enjoy the following features:

ITWORX HUB supports integration with 3rd party solutions

Branding
For each organization, ITWORX HUB is designed to be
customized and branded with the end-user brand guidelines
including logos, fonts, and colours. Portal appearance will be
controlled by using predefined themes for widgets. New pages
will follow predefined styles. Each department will have its
own Cover Photo, and Logo as defined by customer. Our skilful
graphics team will prepare branding designs that reflect the
organization identity and communication objectives.

the information shared by the organization and provide access
to various components, features, and functionalities.

Each employee will view their documents that are defined to be
the most trending according to the employee’s preference and
interactions.
HAPPINESS METER
This feature is designed to help organizations track the levels of
satisfaction of their employees. Users will be able to choose
from (Sad, Happy, Neutral) to express how they feel.
ITWORX HUB USERS FEEDBACK
Users will have the chance to express how they feel regarding
using ITWORX HUB, where they will be able to choose from
(Sad, Happy), in addition to adding their comment before
submitting the feedback.
ORGANIZATION SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS
Users will be able to view the feeds of their company from
various social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, FB Page). All
the tweets posted by the organization will be streamed in
widgets at the landing page.
ORGANIZATION MEDIA GALLERY
Employees will be able to view videos and images published by
the organization. Admin will be responsible for publishing and
deleting the media material periodically.
WEATHER WIDGET
The weather widget information shall be retrieved from an
external web service.
ONLINE HELP
ITWORX HUB will include a group of videos to guide users on
how to utilize its main features in a friendly yet efficient ways. In
addition, users will be able to start conversations with HuBOT
and get answers to their inquiries 24/7.
PEOPLE DIRECTORY
ITWORX HUB users will be able to reach their colleagues faster
through this page which includes a list of all the employees in
the organization.
USER PROFILE PAGE
From Homepage, each user will be able to access their profile
page. This page was designed to follow the latest trends used in
social media platforms such as Facebook, to give users a sense
of familiarity and friendliness when using Our product. Profile
Page will include the following main sections:

This page is designed to give employees a friendly way to save
items that they need to have quick/frequent access to. They will

give users the best and most familiar experience while doing
