Our company is so large it's sometimes difficult to find the information I'm looking for. It's
usually faster to ask someone else than to wade through SharePoint to find the information.
Having the commitment to use time and resources to accomplish saving documents and files
in a searchable database.
Finding the right information quickly; there have been several groups
over time that have organized our knowledge systems all a little
differently without good integration with what was already there; it
reminds me of spaghetti code.

The Alternative Work Week
If companies want to retain and attract the talent that theyā€™ll need, theyā€™ll need to
empower employees to take advantage of flexible working options; new and
existing.
Alternative Work Weeks push the concept of flexible working hours even further,
allowing your employees to work their contracted hours in fewer working days and
enabling greater flexibility. Establishing this requires a culture shift in how your
company operates and a focus on maximizing both your personal and team
productivity.
This isnā€™t about a continuous improvement of working practices. This is a total
redesign of the workforce and how we enable our employees to bring their best
selves to work.
ā€¢ Analytics (WpA) data was collected for 163 pilot participants and 62 comparator
individuals to establish a control group.
ā€¢ We used a proprietary logic model develop to evaluate the impact of the
alternative workweek program.
ā€¢ WpA, weekly flow-cards and pre/post survey data was collected 3 months prior to
the beginning of the program and through the duration of the programā€™s official
run.
ā€¢ Results show that there no deleterious effects associated with allowing individuals
to choose an alternative work week different from the standard 40-hour week.
+6% increase in efficiency
+4% increase in productivity
though employees feeling more
empowered to manage their

Viva Insights Workplace Analytics ā€œWe have a concept and need to properly evaluate itā€ VALUE CREATED The Alternative Work Week If companies want to retain and attract the talent that theyā€™ll need, theyā€™ll need to empower employees to take advantage of flexible working options; new and existing. Alternative Work Weeks push the concept of flexible working hours even further, allowing your employees to work their contracted hours in fewer working days and enabling greater flexibility. Establishing this requires a culture shift in how your company operates and a focus on maximizing both your personal and team productivity. This isnā€™t about a continuous improvement of working practices. This is a total redesign of the workforce and how we enable our employees to bring their best selves to work. ā€¢ Analytics (WpA) data was collected for 163 pilot participants and 62 comparator individuals to establish a control group. ā€¢ We used a proprietary logic model develop to evaluate the impact of the alternative workweek program. ā€¢ WpA, weekly flow-cards and pre/post survey data was collected 3 months prior to the beginning of the program and through the duration of the programā€™s official run. ā€¢ Results show that there no deleterious effects associated with allowing individuals to choose an alternative work week different from the standard 40-hour week. +6% increase in efficiency +4% increase in productivity though employees feeling more empowered to manage their own time. +3% increase in employee Net Promoter Score and Reduction in employee attrition rate due to greater focus, productivity and job satisfaction.
