Adding a new class has two sections, the class details and course details.
All you need is to enter a title for your class, but you can also customize your class
with a code, category and color. This can help you later while sorting your classes.
The course details helps you set a start and end dates for your course.
By default the start date is set to today's date and the end date is 3 months after the
start date, you can change it.
The course end date is used to set the repeat end date of the recurrent lessons that
you can add in the timetable.

2 Add New Student
After adding a class, tap on it and it will be opened.
The class will open on the Roster view where you see all the students added
to that class. ˈ
You can add your students in various ways.
Fill the data and add a student. ˈˈ
Adding a new student has 4 main
sections, The Personal Info, Parent
Info, Custom Fields and Notes.
All you need is to enter the first
and last name for your student, but
you can also customize your
student with a code, phone, e-mail,
photo and much more.
Any field you will not need to enter
will not be displayed in the student
card.
You can add your own custom
fields from Settings (i.e birthdate,
hobby, etc...)

The main view where you can add, sort and search your students, view student's
card (by tapping on any student), communicate with students and parents easily via
email and also use the “Seating Chart” feature, arrange your students’ seating in the

Simply you choose the lesson or create instantly a lesson (by one tap) and start
taking attendance and change the attendance state by tapping on the student icon.
The date will be on the left, in the center you will find the first lesson in that day.ˈ
Navigate through the lessons and days using the right and left navigation arrows.
You can tap on the down arrow to select a lesson directly from the timetable.
After selecting the lesson, start taking attendance by tapping on student photos.
First tap: Present, Second tap: Absent, and so on...

VIEW ALL BEHAVIOR LIST
After adding a class and students inside of it, open your class and navigate to "Behavior" tab. From Behavior
view, you can start recording behavior for your students in any time.
Recording a behavior incident is so easy, just tap on any student photo, and you will have 3 buttons:
1. Add positive incident 2. View all the behavior list 3. Add negative incident
Appraise student behavior by inserting personalized notes to record positive or
negative incidents by tapping on the student icon.

Log student grades as you add gradable items and categories in the intuitive Gradebook.

Tap on 'Configure Gradebook' (top right), to start configuring your gradebook. ˈ
A dialog will be opened to you ( first category is selected by default):
It lists all the gradable items that are under the selected category.
Just tap on "+ New Gradable Item" to add a new gradable Item.
Tap on the category name (the middle title in the top bar), to open the categories view.
It lists all the categories in your gradebook.
Just tap on "+ New Category" to add a new Category (Premium Use).
Tap on any categories to view all the gradable items that are under it.
