Job Details :
 Taking care of daily inventory / stocktake.
 Following Company’s Standard operating Procedure (SOP).
 Updating of all cafe related works including stocktake for the
Month end.
 To follow FIFO of perishable concession stock.
 Checking quality and quantity of good received.
 Maintaining hygiene of the counter.
 To solve vendorproblems related bills.
 Maintaining government related document like F.D.A.license.
 Making comparative studies like sale comparison, Occupancy
Comparison, A.P.C comparison ATP with other competitors
etc.
 Maintaining F & B Related records.
 Co-coordinating with all properties for reports regarding stock
status & their expiry to Avoid Wastage, Day-to-day issues.etc.
