- Work closely with our distributors/Vendors to establish positive relationships and profitable revenue.
- Collaborated with the kitchen team to ensure that all food was prepared on time and of high quality for all
events.
- Held monthly meeting with staff to hold ongoing training.
- Attended weekly BEO and management meetings to work with all departments in the hotel to ensure
flawless operations.
- Communicated with third party audio visual company to have all A/V setup requirements met.
- Ensured that all food met hotel standards and was presented in a quality manner.
- Communicated with guests to plan and execute quality events.
- Interfaced with the chef and his team to make sure that all food requirements for banquets and meetings
were prepared and properly set up.
- Managed employee schedules to ensure proper staffing of banquet events from set-up to breakdown.
- Executed events upwards of 1300 guests in a fast paced banquet facility.
- Maintained and updated daily and monthly reports.
- Monitored inventory and handled the purchasing ordering system.
- Monitored all alcohol as well as supplies such as glasses and accessories.
- Ensured compliance of all company policies and procedures.
