♦ Responsible for whey supplier relationships, raw materials totaling 7MM annually.
♦ Responsible for overall inventory position and bulk whey products produced.
♦ Directing a staff of two buyers. Staff responsibilities include the delivery of all materials to the facility to meet
weekly production demand, managing supplier relationships, sourcing new materials for new products, work
directly with customers on current finished products as well as the development of new items.
♦ Responsible for bulk customer order shipments. Involves working with sales, customers, and warehouse
team to pick and ship bulk orders.
♦ Responsible for WIT certification, China certification of organic lactose. Accompanied Chinese auditors
conducting 65 organic farms audits.
