 Manage PurchaseASN approvals for all non-watch supplier shipments,allowingthebusiness to gain full visibility of all
purchaseorder expected deliveries and to capture cash out requirements.
 Manage and publish a master global production calendar that supports the order deadlines and global delivery dates
for each season.
 Manage product/production timing on off-line/SMU/POP orders by working directly with Sales and Product teams to
ensure each team is provided sufficienttimingbased on key dates being presented. Lead global communication as
dates aredetermined.
 Manage SMS/bulk Vendor Guidelines,includinggeneral purchaseorder/compliancetestinginstructions,routing
information,product/master carton labelling/requirements,shippingdocument/invoicingguidelines,etc. to maintain
and improve overall operational expectations and efficiencies for on-timeproduction and quality of Nixon product.
 QA management; manage all non-watch global quality issues. As affected regions are determined, global
communication is lead to all internal/regional teams on their appropriatetasks (inspection results) whileworkingwith
suppliers on final resolution (production re-work,supplier credits,shiftingregional inventory,etc.).
 Collaboratewith regional Op’s teams for allocation of SKU’s for compliancetesting(CPSIA/CA Prop 65/REACH). Work
