• Lead 20Wakefern appointed warehouse associates, developing a same day in and out service
to support account needs
• Lead Snapple Team organizing 40 plus inbound trailer loads of goods daily pre-shift allowing
Snapple to avoid production line shutdown
• Set up a casual workforce program for Hain Celestial Group that gave repack production
flexibility with a substantial coast reduction... Program adjusts to support seasonal product
introductions and holiday needs
• Developed and designed an in-house safety program which became the national standard.
• Led startup of logistics projects for various clients that included dedicated fleets and
distribution centers
• Introduced Lean Concepts increasing productivity, coast reduction, as well as developing
associate engagement.
