Worked Through multiple legal and municipal challenges to start up a successful Tide Dry Cleaning store. These included store
designs, budget, start up costs and all operational training.
• Became educated in the legal, operational and financial calculations to set goals and overcome any unforeseen barriers in order
to be successful for timely store opening.
• Worked in conjunction with Agile Pursuits (subsidiary of P&G managing Tide Dry Cleaners) on the marketing, demographic
studies, location study, and operations to best prepare for a successful store execution.
• Eventually was not able to get approval of local government to allow the new business in the community.
