habbit of transforming a
person into a slave.
Thus an addicted
becomes the slave of his
own addiction.

They are various and they
may be a combination of
physical, mental,
emotional and
circumstantial factors.
Here are some of the
causes:

 Negative thinking
 Anxiety
 Depression
 Chronic pain

Smoking addiction
This is not just a
nicotine addiction, but
also a mental and social
one, smoking being
considered a way of
dealing with stress,
boredom, anxiety or
anger or a way of social
integration.

It leads to unhealthy or
even dangerous habits. It
also has an unpleasant
social impact. It may
have legal implications,
too, for example driving
while being drunk.

It is a chronic disease
of the brain which
affects the consumers
both mentally and
physically.

they like the way their
brain feels while doing
this activity.

food. It may also mean

It has a negative
impact on personal and

it leads to depression

people.

aspects, social media

of risks concerning
mental health.
