That’s why we are with our employees every step of the way to turn their intentions
into actions. With continual encouragement and rewards, the LIFE programme for
employees is designed to help employees make a long-term difference to their
life through Health and Wellness activities as a healthier lifestyle begins
at work!
2. Strong Fast Fit
“Strong Fast Fit”- the latest addition to the ongoing Life Programme
activities that was first launched in March 2018. This mass workout is
conducted regularly to help promote a healthier lifestyle, increase
stamina and train levels of agility. It has also become a nice get-
together activity after working hours.
It combines games and competition to increase engagement between
participants. To take part in “Strong Fast Fit”, you will need 2 things; a
sports outfit and motivation!
4. Blood Donation Drive
On 10th May 2018, Great Eastern Indonesia partnered up with
Indonesia Red Cross yet again to conduct their annual blood donation
drive for employees. Such an event not only allowed us to improve our
employee engagement, but also, to raise awareness on the
importance of blood donation for patients in need.

6. Share & Care
On 6th June 2018, we invited children of Khairunisah orphanage over for
breakfast with our employees. Held during Ramadhan, this annual
event aims to promote the spirit of sharing, happiness and love, and to
raise more awareness of these children’s situations and circumstances.
The event opened with games that involved both the children and our
employees, followed by a Tausiah (Moslem spiritual speech), and finally
closed off with everyone having dinner together.
We would like to thank our employees for their donations and setting
aside the time to purchase groceries and school equipment for the
children. Till the next event!
