Continuing Education. The front-of-house members of Commander’s Palace are ambassadors for the
New Orleans tourism industry. For seven years I performed any function required by management
including: Bartending, Service, Banquets, Inventory, Offsite Events, and Training Programs (including
developing materials, presentations, and assisting). The expectations of each guest that walks through
the doors of Commander’s Palace are extraordinarily high. This demands a high level of consistency in
execution of technical abilities as well as dedication to excellence, training, and team morale.
