Built a high performance nationwide team. Tapped by Ashford to build a workforce for its Quantum Success
Strategies (QS2) startup division. Recruited, onboarded, trained, mentored and coached the largest team in the
organization comprising 2,500+ multidisciplinary staff. Attracted top talent. Helped to drive $36M in first-year sales.
Trained 7,000+ sales agents. Rapid growth at QS2 was strained on staffing and training. After success in training a
team of 2,500 new sales agent hires, asked to take over training of all staff enterprise wide. Developed training for
functions and levels. Exceeded all KPI objectives for core competencies, revenue, profits and customer satisfaction.
Instrumental in a startup. Recruited by Ashford Insurance as a key member of the startup team. Played in central
role in everything from licensure to compliance. Led recruiting and training of a multidisciplinary workforce. Established
policies and procedures. Contributed to rapid growth, an expanding client base and rising revenues.
Managed training, licensing & compliance. NFS needed to integrate a growing sales force of 6,000+ agents across
the US. Led licensing of all new hires in relevant jurisdictions. Directed training and coaching on corporate and
