2nd Quarter Business Development Successes
Last year we developed a sales incentive program for our Business Development Associates that was
unique in that it does not reward based on volume. It does not reward based on dollar of sales captured
over a given amount of time. It does not reward based on a percentage of growth. What it does do is
reward based on the process. We believe that everything is process and if we focus on the process, the
end result will improve. This program rewards based on the number of purchase orders on first time
orders and/or recaptures of lost business per quarter. That's it! All orders are important. All customers
are critical. All purchase orders, no matter how big or small, are now part of our family.
The purchase orders for the 2nd quarter have been totaled and the winners are on the following pages.
Several of the associates were also winners last quarter! Congratulations!

1st place winner is Karin Kingstad. Karin registered 137 purchase
orders for new business or recovered from lost business. Karin
also came in 1st place last quarter. Great job!

2nd place winner is Kiet Ong. Kiet scored 92 purchased orders during the
quarter. Awesome job, Kiet!

3rd place winner is Barusha Khan with 20 purchased orders during the quarter.

4th place winner is Ben Nosse. Ben was a close second at 17 new or recovered purchase orders.
Ben was a winner in the 1st Quarter as well!

5th place winner is Mary Beth Bansky. Mary Beth had 14 purchase orders
and was a winner both 1st and 2nd quarter!
